All the Maharajas Express tours begin in Delhi, the heart of India, or Mumbai, the bustling financial centre. Well, getting to the cities is very easy. Both towns are well connected with various domestic and international flights, and India’s extensive rail network lets you travel seamlessly from any part of the country. Additionally, the local transport is conveniently available to deport you to the stations. However, note that the cost of reaching your beginning point (Delhi or Mumbai) are not included in the Maharajas’ Express package. Insurance Coverage:
The Maharaja Train provide umbrella cover insurance to all its passengers for any foreseen events and natural calamities like fire, earthquake and flood. For international visitors, we recommend checking your respective country’s travel insurance for sufficient travel coverage.
Pre / Post Tour Accommodation:
Pre and post-journey accommodations for a day or two are not included in Maharaja Express train fare.
Dos & Don’ts:

- Sometimes trains go for cooling or re-fuelling. During this period, if you would like to stay back on board, inform management.
